在這裡，我們希望傳遞一種簡單卻深刻的價值—— 好好吃飯、好好生活、好好相處。 從一棟老宅出發， 連結過去，也走向未來。

關於淨林苑

兩百多年前，一群碼頭工人沒有公司、沒有制度，只有一個很簡單的信念: 一起出錢，一起守一片土地。他們成立了「福德爺神明會」, 不只是拜土地公，更是守護彼此的生活、祈願安居樂業與風調雨順。連神像，都出自百年粧佛老店「西佛國」師傅之手，一刀一塑，刻下的不只是信仰，也是時代的溫度。

隨著時代更迭，神明會所持有之土地與資產多已轉讓，記憶也慢慢淡去——但，有一件事被留下來了。那尊曾經被輪流迎請、在不同人家中供奉的土地公，最終停留在神農街的「金華府」，不再漂泊。祂，選擇留在這裡。信仰，在這裡落地生根。

淨林苑，即從福德爺的這段故事中誕生。透過《臺南市歷史街區振興自治條例》的支持，淨林苑於2026年展開整建修復計畫，讓老宅，再次呼吸。

修復不只是「回到過去」， 而是在尊重歷史的前提下，重新思考它在當代的意義。 以「淨零永續」為核心精神，修復工程盡可能還原建物原貌，同時延續其生命，讓信仰、人文與土地之間的連結得以延展至今日。
